Title: Citrus Spread.

1 Lemon
100g3,5 oz medium fat cream
  Cheese
25g1 oz caster sugar.

Finely grate the rind from the lemon and mix with the cheese. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Add 15 ml or 1 tbsp of the lemon juice and the sugar to the cheese. Keep in the fridge.
